Ed and Ayn are two terrific people and successful.  They've been at it for two years and are great tryer outers, thinkers, and changers, three elements of success.  Their place is spectacular and food is fantastic.  Thank you Ayn.  I visit here monthly at least to visit with my friend Jim Davis who lives nearby.  Both of us have always been pleased with the chow.  Its imaginative, different and well prepared and served expertly.  AAA

  Ed is active in the community and along with the three elements above, great food, is another element.  Know you customers.  Talk it up.

Stick to what you are good at.  Focus.  If you retail, retail.  Don't manufacture - put your money and time and talent where it works most for you.  Always think: is it worth it?

Do I have the time, money and materials and communication skills to take on a project.   What ever that project is.

Ed and Ayn just added Saturday and Sunday buffet and it turned both days into profit centers.  Musicians now work for tips, and having played there to a sell out crowd, I know can be considerable.

They try, they think, they do and they think again, and do.
