Virginia Beach is a wonderful place to unwind in September.  I bet it is pretty busy in the season.

The Neptune Festival is coming this weekend, Sept. 27, 2007 and I took a few pictures of the sand sculpture contest and of the King himself.

  The King Himself.  A pretty nasty intimidating looking dude.  But I hear he is nice.

The detail is pretty impressive and I'd love to know how they keep these from falling down for a whole day.  See tomorrow.
