We had many good experiences on the test ride, but one of the best was in Port Java, in Port Jervis, NY.   Judy Rudy, the owner had a few minutes to sit and we talked over her Gazpacho, which was delicious.  Judy is a active participant in the community and is full of energy.  MTC.
