The store is owned by Beth Flynn and Ann Hess but I could not get their pictures.  I met Beth and she is a happy person.  This is good.

But the folks who were there are very good people who smile and help and listen to what you say.  And their customers refer folks to them.  I had to get directions to the Yellow Duck and two gentlemen who helped not only told me where Yellow Duck was located but what to buy (muffins). 

The muffins were confirmed personally by me, and, by the owner of The Bear and Cub, another coffee store that buys muffins from Yellow Duck.

Glenda to the left and Theresa on the right.  Both are very pleasant helping people.  And can they bake muffins.  Local coffee stores such as The Bear and Cub buy their muffins here and I purchased four. 

                             Good descriptive signs help.

                                                       A downtown location with a building you own is a good idea and present in successful shops.

                                                      Private Labeled one pound or 12 ounce bags are a plus.  Have your roaster do it or add the labels when you get the bags.

                        Joining in the fun of Ride for Coffee House Independents is a good idea too.
